These Terms of Service apply to ejtbrown.com, its paths, subdomains, software, tools, experiments, integrations, and services that link to or are offered through ejtbrown.com, unless separate terms are posted for a specific service. The site and services are operated by Erick Brown, the owner of ejtbrown.com.

Acceptance Of These Terms

By accessing or using ejtbrown.com or any related software or service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access, use, submit information to, authorize, or rely on any service offered through ejtbrown.com.

These terms do not grant you any right to continued access. The operator may restrict, suspend, block, modify, discontinue, delete, or refuse any site feature, service, account, token, request, data, or integration at any time and for any reason, including for operational, security, legal, abuse-prevention, or personal-use reasons.

• Using a service to process private, confidential, sensitive, regulated, proprietary, or personal information when you are not prepared to accept the absence of privacy, security, confidentiality, and retention assurances described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.
• Interfering with site operation, rate limits, security controls, logs, hosting infrastructure, third-party APIs, or the operator's personal use of the services.
• Misrepresenting the operator, the site, a service, an integration, an authorization request, or the purpose for which data is requested or used.

Google APIs And Third-Party Services

Some services may use Google APIs or other third-party services. When you authorize, connect, or use such integrations, you are also responsible for complying with all applicable Google, provider, platform, and account terms and policies. You must not use ejtbrown.com in any way that causes the operator, a service, or any user to violate Google API Services terms, Google user-data policies, OAuth policies, or the terms of any other third-party provider.

If a service requests access to Google user data, the request must be understood in light of the service's personal-use purpose, the consent screen, the Privacy Policy, and these terms. Do not grant access unless you understand and accept the requested permissions, the stated purpose, and the absence of privacy and service assurances for non-owner use.

User Content, Permissions, And Responsibility

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and authority necessary for any information, content, account, token, credential, file, request, configuration, or authorization you provide or connect to a service. You are responsible for backing up anything you submit and for removing, revoking, rotating, or disabling your own credentials, tokens, authorizations, accounts, and integrations where applicable.

You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. To the extent necessary to operate, debug, secure, maintain, test, modify, discontinue, or protect a service, you grant the operator permission to access, use, store, copy, process, transmit, display, delete, and otherwise handle that content in accordance with these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Except for content you submit or third-party materials, the site and related software, text, design, documentation, and other materials are owned by the operator or their respective rights holders. No license or right is granted except the limited right to access publicly available pages in compliance with these terms.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, reliance, lost-profit, lost-data, business-interruption, privacy, security, reputational, or other damages arising from or related to your access to, use of, inability to use, reliance on, authorization of, or submission of information to ejtbrown.com or any related service, even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies to all causes of action, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, and any other legal theory. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, fees, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site or services, your content, your authorizations, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights or third-party terms.

Children

ejtbrown.com services are not directed to children and must not be used by children to submit information, authorize access, or create accounts.

Changes

These terms may be changed at any time by posting an updated version at this URL. Continued access to or use of ejtbrown.com after an update means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially affects a service's use of Google user data, users may be asked to review or consent to updated disclosures where required by applicable Google policy or law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
